Eligibility and authorised use
You must be at least eighteen years old, or have reached the age of majority where you reside, to purchase. Business purchasers warrant signatory authority. You may not exploit the site for unlawful resale schemes, automated scraping that degrades performance, circumvention of security controls, or misrepresentation of identity.
Product classification
Eluvo items are food supplements, not medicinal products unless expressly licensed otherwise on the physical label in your jurisdiction. Descriptions emphasise general wellness context and avoid claiming to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Always read the label and seek professional advice when combining supplements with medication or managed conditions.
Marketing, advertising, and third-party platforms
Any paid listings, search ads, or partner placements must present the product consistently with this site, the physical label, and applicable Norwegian and EEA law, including the Marketing Control Act and rules on nutrition and health claims. We do not authorise affiliates or agencies to promise health outcomes, use “before and after” implications, or target minors. Contracting parties and platforms (including Google Ads) are expected to respect Healthcare, Misrepresentation, and Unacceptable business practices policies. Published prices, discounts, and testimonials on destination URLs must remain accurate and substantiated.
Geographic variance: inventory composition may differ slightly where national fortification rules conflict; the dispatch note governs the exact SKU you receive.
Orders, pricing, and acceptance
Listing an item constitutes an invitation to treat, not a binding contract, until we dispatch an order confirmation email. Prices include VAT for Norwegian deliveries unless the checkout explicitly states net pricing for validated business VAT IDs abroad. We may cancel orders tied to manifest typographical errors, suspected fraud, export embargoes, or payment authorisation failures.
Payment processing
Payment service providers tokenise card details; we do not store full primary account numbers on our servers. Failed captures release inventory back to the pool after a defined timeout. Chargebacks without prior customer service contact may trigger account review consistent with fraud deterrence policies.
Shipping, title, and risk
Risk of loss generally transfers when the carrier obtains physical possession unless mandatory consumer law in your country dictates earlier seller liability. Delivery estimates exclude customs delays. You must supply accurate address data; redirection fees arising from errors may be invoiced or deducted from refunds when equitable.
Intellectual property
Trademarks, distinctive packaging trade dress, copy, diagrams, and curated photography belong to us or licensors. Limited personal caching aside, reproduction requires prior written permission except where quotation rights under copyright law apply.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted, we exclude indirect and consequential losses arising from supplement consumption, delayed shipments attributable to force majeure logistics partners, or downtime caused by third-party cloud outages. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury stemming from proven negligence, intentional misconduct, or other categories that Norwegian law makes non-waivable for consumers.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Consumers may invoke the venue rules of their habitual residence where EU consumer regulations grant non-waivable jurisdiction. We encourage mediation through Forbrukerrådet before litigation.
